Azita Ghanizada

Azita was born in Kabul in Afghanistan. Azita is an Afghan American who lives in the United States. The family she was born into fled Afghanistan, and seeking for asylum in US. She was born there. She is the middle daughter of two siblings and was raised within Northern Virginia. Her career on air began with several National Commercials. Ghanizada appeared as Chiara in the Laura Neri film A Kiss on the Nose (2003). For this performance, she won during the Festival of Cannes for the Best Actress Award. A few of her TV roles are How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Psych and Castle. Recently, she was in the sci-fi action movie Blood Shot (2009) and the comedies that are independent You Only Better (2009). In 2008 Ghanizada became part of the cast for General Hospital.
